Sharing of your Personal Data is completely voluntary. However, do note that we may not be able to provide some of our services or accept payments without the required information.

Swatow and its members may access the member’s information, including their name, address, payment options, profile information, membership, household settings, and purchase history in the "Your Account" section of the member's portal section on our website (https://membership.swatow.com.sg/).

Retention Of Personal Data

We may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

Withdrawal Of Personal Data

You may withdraw your consent to provide Personal Data by submitting your request via email to membership@swatow.com.sg. We will endeavour to fulfil your request to the best of our abilities, however, depending on your exact request, we may or may not be able to provide our service to you.

Terms and Conditions

Membership is the sole property of Swatow Group. Not with standing any other provisions herein, if the Rewards and/or Benefits have been wrongfully or fraudulently redeemed, the member shall be liable to refund us the value of the said Rewards and/or Benefits without dispute. Any dispute on the Rewards and/or the Benefits shall be notified to us and/or its Agents within 30 days from the date that the dispute had taken place.

We reserve all rights to amend any privilege or condition without prior notice. All terms and conditions of Rewards or Benefits will be updated on https://membership.swatow.com.sg from time to time. We are entitled at any time, in its absolute discretion without liability to you, to suspend or terminate your right to use the membership, to refuse the renewal of the membership should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.

The member shall indemnify and hold us and its Agents harmless against any liability or loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses, including but not limited to legal costs, arising directly or indirectly from any breach on the part of the member in complying or observing these Terms and Conditions or in otherwise using the account or recovery of any outstanding amounts due from the member.

Swatow Rewards

Application and the use of the Swatow Rewards is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Definition

The Terms defined and used herein shall have the following meanings shown next to them:

“Application” – the process completed and submitted by the applicant, to become a member of the Swatow Rewards.
“Membership” – Swatow Rewards.
“Transaction” – transaction effected by Member at any Swatow Group of restaurants.
“Participating Restaurants” – Swatow Group restaurants in Singapore which acknowledge and accept Swatow Rewards benefits.
Swatow Points – Rebated points issued to member on valid transactions.
"Voucher, e-Voucher" - Vouchers found in the member's portal that are either awarded to members or exchanged via Swatow Points.
“We, us, our, Swatow Group” – Swatow Restaurant Pte Ltd.
“You, your, member, account” – the person who applied for Swatow Rewards membership and/or whose member’s account belongs to.

Application of Swatow Membership

Registration can be performed via our member’s portal (https://membership.swatow.com.sg). No sign-up fee is involved and newly registered members will be awarded with three welcome e-vouchers and one birthday e-voucher awarded during the their reported birthday month. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Membership Validity

Membership is lifetime upon approval of application and useable at Swatow Restaurants within Singapore only. Membership privileges can only be enjoyed by the member and is non-transferable. Sharing of account is strictly prohibited.

Earning of Swatow Points

Members are entitled to earnings of 10% rebates, in the form of Swatow Points, based on their total food bill when they dine-in or takeaway at any participating restaurants. Earning of the 10% rebate is calculated after the redemption of Swatow Points and do not include festive and promotional items, set menus, TTP (tea, towel, peanuts/fish skin), corkage, service charge and or prevailing taxes, etc. This amount is referred to as the total nett spend.

Other Terms & Conditions

Member's may enjoy double earning of Swatow Points during their listed birthday month.
Members must identify oneself by informing our staff at point of billing to enjoy membership benefits.
Strictly no earning of Swatow Points after completion of sales transaction, request of Swatow Points accumulation for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained.
Members must be physically present to earn Swatow Points. No Swatow Points will be credited if member is not present at the point of billing. Date of birth or mobile number may be requested for further verification purposes for us to facilitate membership benefits and entitlements.
Combining multiple membership accounts, combining bills or splitting the bills to earn Swatow Points and /or redeem membership privileges is strictly not allowed. Membership must be active at the point of time.
No earning of Swatow Points during eve of PH, PH, Chinese New Year Period (Eve to Day 15) and or Mother's Day.
Catering orders, purchase of Swatow Group vouchers, offers and promotional items are not eligible for earning of Swatow Points / vouchers.
We do not provide Swatow Points when ordering through third party delivery platforms. (such as Grabfood/Foodpanda/Oddle/Deliveroo/mall rewards programme/points/vouchers/giftcards)

Redemption of Swatow Points / Vouchers

Members may redeem their earned Swatow Points through the exchange of cash vouchers and or special promotional vouchers found at: https://membership.swatow.com.sg/Catalogue.
Swatow Points cannot be converted for cash or exchanged for goods outside of those listed at: https://membership.swatow.com.sg/Catalogue
Catering orders, purchase of Swatow Group vouchers, offers and promotional items are not eligible for redemption of Swatow Points / vouchers.
Not valid for redemption during eve of PH, PH and blackout dates.
Combining multiple membership accounts, combining bills or splitting the bills to earn Swatow Points and /or redeem membership privileges is strictly not allowed. Membership must be active at the point of time.

Blackout Dates of Swatow Membership

Swatow Points & Voucher Expiration

Expiry reminders will be sent to member via SMS and email notifications. For members who opt not to be reached via both marketing preference, you may wish to refer to the bottom of your recent dining transaction receipt in our Swatow Group of restaurants or you may log in to the member portal (www.swatow.com.sg/login/) to check the expiry date of your rebate.
All earned Swatow Points rebates earned must be used within one calendar year from date of approval with an additional 3-month grace period, unused Swatow Points will be expired thereafter.
It is the responsibility of the member to use up their Swatow Points before expiry. Strictly no refund or extension of Swatow Points usage after ceasure of grace period.
Voucher Expiration dates will be shown in “My Wallet”, members have until the shown date to redeem their vouchers.

Termination of Membership

Members may, at any time, terminate the membership with written notice to Blk 181 Toa Payoh Lorong 4 #02-602 Singapore 31018 or via email to membership@swatow.com.sg.
Member’s account may be terminated immediately in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions contained herein.
We reserve the rights to terminate the membership if found to be shared by member and his/her family and friends etc.
Upon termination of the account either by member or by us, member shall not attempt to use the account, such act shall be deemed as fraudulent.
Upon the termination or cancellation of the account for whatever reasons, all Swatow Points will be forfeited and member shall have no further claim against us.
Members have given consent that we shall be entitled to disclose personal particulars to the cooperatives and the organizations affiliated or related to us.
Members have given consent to allow us to use their personal particulars to facilitate membership benefits and entitlement.
Wherever we rely on your consent, you will always be able to withdraw that consent, although we may have other legal grounds for processing your data for other purposes, such as those set out above. In some cases, we can send you direct marketing without your consent, where we rely on our legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to opt-out of direct marketing, or profiling we carry out for direct marketing, at any time and contact us at membership@swatow.com.sg.
Members are required to always keep their membership information and details confidential.
